No reason to suspect is happening except poll after poll after poll that show that it is happening.
There’s lots of polls that don’t though.
I don’t really understand this. Presidents don’t qualify for the GE ballot on a state by state basis (they do for the primaries). If they did, then Bernie Sanders would have been on half of the states ballots for the general in 2016. Presidents are selected by the delegates at the convention. @skydiver8 can you explain what I’m missing?
Zero chance any of this matters if the candidate is Kamala. 2% chance it matters if the candidate is someone else.
Young people on both sides of the Atlantic are the target of the same disinformation ops by Russia/China/others.
Yeah I was wondering all this but then the last couple lines seem to say it will become a problem only if he the official nominee which seems obvious??
WSJ: 48-42 Trump, multi-way 42-36. Exact same as NYT/Siena right?
You wouldn’t think so, but who ultimately rules on this?
I don’t understand why the ballots would be locked down if he isn’t the candidate yet. Like when Clinton was the nominee or Obama, they didn’t win every primary or caucus state. Seems sus.
I wish that was the case with my family. They just ignore it. It’s just Twitter and we don’t see it, therefor it’s not real. What a time to be alive!
I give him a week.
The Democrats need to end the uncertainty, no matter who the candidate is going to be. Dragging this out any longer is terrible.

And this right here is the real problem. If it was just a bad debate he would have done more appearances than he’s done since the debate in the 24 hours after the debate. Instead we’ve gotten an insane display of weakness for a guy who just had a bad couple of hours and got stuck like a deer in the headlights for a second.
If he wants to stay in he needs to demonstrate his fitness immediately in some dramatic way or die trying. Can we throw him out of a plane is what I’m asking.
