I thought maybe the music was something added for the tweet as a jopke, but

At that moment, Mr Trump suddenly froze as music played. At one point in the lengthy pause, the former president shook his head.
“But now we are a nation in decline,” Mr Trump then continued. “We are a failing nation. We are a nation that has the highest inflation in 58 years, where banks are collapsing, and interest rates are skyrocketing.”
I think it’s at least plausible that he paused like “why the fuck is this music playing, what are these dunces doing”, dunno if it would make sense to keep talking over it. Certainly looks bad though.
I’m pretty sure the music is real, I think it’s standard for him to close his rallies with a “nation in decline and I alone can fix it” routine over some patriotic/fascist music.
Edit: I am unable to find any evidence for this so maybe I’m just making it up.
