Just seeing how well folks embraced Kamala with feeling there was no choice wonder if better to have just chosen someone super fast instead of now having disappointed Walz/Shapiro folks. Granted in scheme of things this is super fast so I imagine all the nastiness towards Shapiro for example would be largely forgotten by Ds in 3 more weeks. Not like a scenario when people were loving Bernie for months/years then felt super let down

FWIW I think he was arguing to stick with Biden after the debate, and I found his arguments for it persuasive, which is why I leaned that way, too. But at least he was also pointing out that Kamala was the only realistic alternative, not some Newsom sweeping in fantasy.
