!!

After a court hearing in Jamaica in April, the three remaining teens, including Noah, were made wards of the Jamaican state, the Times story said. It’s not clear where the Bevins’ son is now.

They just left him there???

Definitely not someone who got their highly rated legasitcom cancelled.

I feel for her. DID can be a difficult disorder to manage in the best of times.

Former Texas House Speaker Joe Straus said on Thursday that Midland oil magnate Tim Dunn, one of the state’s most powerful and influential GOP megadonors, once told him that only Christians should hold leadership positions in the lower chamber.

Straus’ confirmation of the comments comes as Dunn’s political empire continues to face scrutiny for its ties to avowed white supremacists and antisemites. In October, The Texas Tribune reported that Jonathan Stickland, the then-leader of Dunn’s most powerful political action committee, hosted prominent white supremacist and Adolf Hitler admirer Nick Fuentes at his office for nearly seven hours. The Tribune subsequently uncovered close ties between numerous other Fuentes associates and Defend Texas Liberty, the PAC that Stickland led until he was quietly replaced last year.

Late last year, the state party’s executive committee narrowly rejected a ban on associating with Holocaust deniers, neo-Nazis and antisemites — which some members said could create a slippery slope and complicate the party’s relationship with donors or candidates. After outcry, the Texas GOP’s executive committee passed a significantly watered-down version of the resolution earlier this year.

The vibe in Austin is that the APD has been on strike since before George Floyd and absolutely nobody likes them except for full bore fascists and suburbanites who actually aren’t policed by the APD.

There’s currently a mid sized SUV parked in front of our office building that has 3 massive flag poles (red white and blue LDO) and 2 massive Trump flags on them. They’re attached to the rear bumper and surely that’s not legal right? Seems like it’d easily impale someone if they got in an accident.

My kid sent this to me from Pullman, WA today (on the Idaho border).

Lmao, “Joe & the Hoe” seems a bit dated.

Hey that reminds me, we haven’t heard much about the “Biden Crime Family” in a while. Maybe it was all just bullshit!

I feel like it took the wind out of their sails when Hunter actually went through the legal process and got consequences and Joe didn’t instantly pardon him.

Are the people in the car wearing some kind of creepy masks or hoods?

I remember that a professor in grad school told me he was a post doc at Washington State back in the 90s and that around the area there were tons of white supremacists and kkk activity. Has your kid seen any of that?

Insane. The one I saw literally had them mounted to the rear bumper and they were sticking out diagonally… WEIRD!

I think that mask might be mounted on the seat?

Yeah that area of Idaho is skeeeeeetch. Not too far at all from Coeur d’Alene, which could well be the capital of white supremacy in the US - was in the news in March when the women’s NCAA tournament had games in Spokane and a team that was staying in Coeur d’Alene had slurs yelled at them. Pullman and it’s adjacent Idaho sibling Moscow are little blue islands in a sea of red. As far as WSU goes, there really does seem to be a pretty strong culture where they care first if you’re a Coug, and if you are they will not tolerate other people fucking with you.

I hope he pardons Hunter.
