Geopolitically the Israelis and Saudis were extremely close to inking a peace deal. This makes that much more difficult. Add into that the fact that hamas receives support from hezbollah and Iran, and there you go.
There’s a pretty hefty AK adjustment in the rate to be a truck driver up there I bet. That being said the better trucking jobs in the lower 48 definitely pay six figures, sometimes with a pretty insane benefit package if you’re a company driver at the right place.
It’s true that women in all jobs have creepy stories, but most of them don’t involve being alone in the dark by themselves in a semi while some man tries to figure out how to get into the truck with her. Nightmare fuel.

What the “best case scenario” sequence of events from their standpoint starting now that this helps them be more free? Gotta admit I don’t know much about the military capabilities of the less powerful group in various conflicts, like I assumed Ukraine didn’t even have capacity to offer resistance so didn’t understand why they were fighting at first and seems obvious they predicted rest of world would rally to them.
Is there similarity here where they think Iran going to throw down with Israel? Just trying to understand the strategy
What Are the Hamas Aims?
There are likely to be multiple aims for this massive attack on Israel.

The operations by the Hamas military wing will be part of their long standing and continuous opposition to Israel. This death and destruction also provides an outlet for the frustration that Hamas believes is felt by the population of Gaza at Israel.Third, Hamas will be seeking to generate a massive military response from Israel against Gaza. This is very likely. The Israel Security Cabinet will meet in the coming hours, and this is likely to direct a robust air and land attack against known Hamas targets throughout Gaza.
Hamas knows that every time Israel does this, it is likely to see its support increase among the population of Gaza, as well as foreign anti-Israel communities and organizations. Further, Hamas is certain to appreciate the increase in anti-Semitic sentiment world wide. Hamas will be hoping these attacks foster the continued rise in comment and action by anti-semites.Finally, Hamas will be using this as part of its ongoing regional and global strategic influence campaign against Israel - and to sabotage any efforts by regional nations that might wish to soften their stance on Israel.
Alongside the militants who appear to be enthusiastically murdering Israeli civilians, there are certain to be teams capturing imagery and videos for use in their extensive strategic communication enterprise.
