The 4chan documentary that just came out on Netflix is a perfect example of this re: Qanon. Itâs terrifying.
One thing I didnât know was that MacNeil wrote at least 3 memoirs as well as a bunch of novels. I also sort of remember The Story of English from the 80s but had forgotten that was him too.

Him, Nate Silver, and Peter from 5-4 are the three real-life minor celebrities who are former 2p2ers.
I had a wild interaction with him back in the day, I was going on about how I like the sound on this Screaming Females album, and someone (I think nunhei?) was like, âThatâs because Steve Albini worked on itâ and I was like âWho the heck is that?â and Steve somehow showed up and heâs like âI made Nirvana sound good, you dumb bitch.â No, he did not say that of course, he was a super cool dude.
