Every time I get a big speeding ticket I get a plea deal worked out to make it a smaller speeding ticket, no testimony against anyone else required. IANAL but my understanding is most criminal cases are pled out for major reductions and the only benefit for the prosecution is a guaranteed guilty verdict with far less work. Prosecutors are like the nits at a poker table who get dealt aces and hope for no action pre-flop. I’ll believe this is a significant blow to Trump when I actually see someone turned against him.
The three attorneys are big enough fishes that they have to be giving evidence/testimony.
No way these are garden variety pleas.
Now whether or not it makes a difference, that’s another question.
The big question is why they all didn’t flip on day 1. You’re an absolute moron if you think Trump is going to save you if you’re a loyal soldier.

You get to grift all the way up until the day they publicly announce your plea deal. I would take my sweet time too. If you aren’t Mark Meadows getting total immunity for being a key witness that ties the whole case together you don’t have much incentive to do it early. Obviously if you have a lot to sell the feds you sell it before anyone else can.
Man Mark Meadows must have had all the locations on all the bodies. That guy should be on the hook for so many felonies. For them to give him immunity loooooooooooooool.

This is state so it doesn’t matter, but if you are let’s say in the docs case that’s almost certainly not getting tried before 2025, then not flipping seems pretty ev, just flip after he loses or wait until he wins and AG Jeanine Pirro drops all the cases against you.

Yeah at least half of my glee at the Meadows flip is that it won’t matter and everyone who didn’t plead out will probably fully walk somehow. I have no idea how that will work, but it always seems to lol.
