- It has “move out date” filled in for a “current residence”
- It has “own” checked, not “lease”

The $49.9K was a rent payment for Hunter’s office in DC, whether or not that connects to anything shady or not I don’t know, but he was not paying “The Big Guy” $49.9K a month in rent for the family house in Delaware.
