Idk, I guess it wouldn’t surprise me if gag orders have the force of sternly worded letters of yore, but if he crosses the line by a lot more than once, he may get detained. I felt this was the strongest possibly in the docs case because of the risk to classified information, but then he pulled the best judge possible.

Saw theory that the no jury thing is intentional and that setting up the judge to be the “bad guy” is the point.
If he being naughty can they order something specific like that he can no longer post on Truth/Twitter at all?
