So who’s in the lead to be his VP at this point? I doubt it’s Birdbrain or DeSanctimonious. Vivek would make some sense, but is he really going to pick someone named Ramaswamy and ask his racist base to swallow that? Seems unlikely. I could see Vivek at Treasury or as Fed Chair. (A Trump cabinet in 2025 would be total Looney Tunes.)
The only ones that make sense to me on PI are Noem, Stefanik, and Lake, who is running for the Senate. But would he ask his sexist base to vote for a female VP? Maybe?
Remember, Pence was basically pushed on him to deliver the religious right to the locker room talking pussy grabber. He’s got the religious right all by himself now.
So you’d think the criteria are:
Would help overthrow the government.
Helps in a swing state.
Masters? Marj? Ron Johnson?
Or maybe he’s such a narcissist he doesn’t think he needs #2 and just goes with the most reliable loyalist for #1.
