The President’s action makes federal funding available to affected individuals in Appling, Brooks, Coffee, Columbia, Jefferson, Liberty, Lowndes, Pierce, Richmond, Tattnall and Toombs counties.
FEMA already authorized funding for a ton of Georgia counties in an earlier emergency declaration

Like the typical playbook would be to release more details on her first-time homebuyer program, or her tax credits for start up businesses. That’s not going to move the needle. Promising to wholesale nuke the filibuster and pass a popular Democratic agenda? Does that do it?
A Beyonce endorsement or an announcement of a Beyonce/Taylor concert to raise money for Kamala would steal a day of the news cycle, maybe two.
