Almost all experts and legal analysts have stated, for all to see, that the Litigation before Judge Engoron is a sham and disgrace, a dark time in New York Judicial history. I did nothing wrong but, most importantly, as legal experts state very strongly, I already won a vast majority of the case in the Appellate Division with their decision issued in June, a decision that Judge Engoron refuses to acknowledge or accept. He incorrectly, and perhaps fraudulently, valued Mar-a-Lago at $18,000,000, but his disrespect of the Appellate Division, and their opinion, is far worse. A.G. Letitia James is a Racist Scoundrel who thinks she has total power and control over the Judge. She gave him the fraudulent numbers from which he made his ridiculous Mar-a-Lago calculations. New York appeals court on Tuesday rejected Donald Trump’s bid to end the state attorney general’s lawsuit accusing him and his family business of “staggering” fraud, but dismissed all claims against his daughter Ivanka Trump and said the remaining case may be limited further.
In a 5-0 decision, the Appellate Division in Manhattan said state law gave James power to police alleged “repeated or persistent fraud or illegality,” and conduct lengthy and complex investigations many years after suspected misconduct began.
But it said statutes of limitations prevented James, who had probed Trump’s business dealings for three years, from suing over claims that arose before July 13, 2014, or Feb. 6, 2016, depending on the defendant.
It also said all claims against Ivanka Trump should be dismissed because they were filed too late, and because she was no longer with the Trump Organization at the relevant time.

Groundbreaking new legal theory: If a person does a good thing (note: not granting that Trump actually did “Uncover Voter Fraud”), they should get a pass on totally unrelated lawbreaking!

Just finished a very productive Federal Appeals Court Hearing, in Washington, D.C., on whether or not a President should have Immunity. The answer is YES! Deranged Jack Smith was in attendance as the other side conceded two very important points, either of which would give the critical Immunity argument to us. If for any reason it were held that a President doesn’t have Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden, after he leaves Office, could be charged for the horrible and dangerous job he is doing on the Southern Border, the Afghanistan Disaster with all of its Death, Destruction, and “Surrender,” or his quid pro quo on Ukraine, where he said, on tape, that if they don’t get rid of an Unfriendly Prosecutor, they don’t get the $1 Billion in Funding from the United States (He then clapped his hands, and said, in effect, “I won!”)……
