I’d say it’s accurate when VFS says “there’s nothing to suggest they are happy to kill the postal service”, but it’s also accurate to say “they aren’t going to do one iota of work to defend others from killing the postal service”.

i just did some googling, and there are like three different big USPS cases, one on election mail deadlines, one on reduced service disruptions since dejoy reorg, and another on religious worker rights goiing to scotus. there’s also a newly retired rep who wants the next board seat, and the administration is apparently planning to do some appointments. that’s just the top headlines of the news search, and there’s likely 1000x more of what doesn’t get reported and we cannot possibly know and still have time for our own lives.
i’m with you that id rather the administration nailed dejoy for campaign contribution corruption already (remember that?), but in reality they are ”saving” the usps through doj and board of directors, because that’s how they think the institution should work, and changing the usps should take an act of congress.
they are not going around firing TFG’s loyalists like TFG would have done. which i kinda get as well. i don’t want a socialist bizzaro-trmp as the executive for our side.

Yeah I mean this is such a pointless SOTU with this Congress, it’s already a bad spot, plus he’s ancient and dull.
nah he’s doing pretty well. this is him shaming the gop to their face with whatever accomplishments.
When Biden talks about infrastructure, he’s actually pretty decent.
On just about any other topic, his heart really ain’t in it, and it shows.
