- Trump jails deranged Jack Smith or another prosecutor or Judge in one of his cases.
- SCOTUS declares Trump, king in the North (america), and thus immune from everything.
- Trump faces actual consequences.
- None of the above.

If he’s president, he cannot be jailed. He can maybe be convicted and serve a sentence after he leaves office, or be impeached and removed (lol yeah right) once convicted. But yeah he can’t be jailed. Even the trial may interfere with his duties as POTUS so it probably has to wait.
