hard disagree. monopolies like google and to some degree meta can and do control narratives to a very strong degree, it isn’t conspiracy shit, there are legitimately tons of stuff that get disappeared from search results or censored constantly, and it’s stuff that would surprise you. hell, some asian countries routinely purge facebook/IG of content they find objectionable and meta pretty much always complies no matter what. hell, genocide campaigns have already been perpetrated on those sites.
I wish Max released ratings. I would love to see the share that show gets nowadays. I don’t know anyone who still watches it, and ALL my lib bros and sisses used to never miss an episode, myself included.

I feel like the only one of those that was ever a justifiable news source was Twitter, but now 
to anyone considering any of those to be “news”.
There are quite a few legit journalism tiktok accounts at this point. Seriously. The people who were breaking news on twitter are now breaking news on tiktok. It’s just the same stuff in a different place.
And obviously just like everywhere (unfortunately including the big M Media as evidenced by this thread every fucking day) there’s a ton of propaganda and straight misinformation.
