I once sort of knew a guy whose parents named their 3 sons after great military leaders. His brothers were named Napoleon and Alexander. He got Rommel.

I have run in to a surprising number of Atillas in my life (3). I wonder it if was a similar thought process.

I had no idea.
Not sure of the origin of these Atillas that I’ve encountered, but they certainly could have been Hungarian.
When I was in college, I had a girlfriend who was first generation German. I guestimated that her parents were born in the mid-to-late 1930s.
Her father’s first name was Adolf. 
TIL that Hungary is called Hungary because it was settled by the Huns.

Yeah seems like that would seriously piss them off. Seriously pissing off every orca for potentially hundreds of miles when you’re in a boat (almost any size) seems like a pretty bad idea.
