Meaning 10 indictments were asked for, 10 were granted, 0 were denied.
Each indictment can be multiple charges and multiple defendants.
But holy shit— the names of the grand jurors that voted are usually (always?) published with the indictments. What a fuck-show that’s going to be.

No idea, could be any combination of people, charges, etc. Could be 10 indictments with 10 counts each, etc. there’s no way to know.
